Best in the world merges two independent indexes: OpenAlex, restricted to DOI-bearing articles in core journals inside a verified rolling two-year window, and Google Scholar, which reaches conference proceedings, repositories and non-English venues that no keyless index covers, and reports a live citation count. Papers are ordered by citations per year, recency, venue, cross-provider corroboration and whether you can actually open them. Learnify shows metadata and links to the source; when Europe PMC verifies a supported open license it can also show the paper body.
